This is my go-to appetizer recipe - partly because any time I sign up for appetizer duty, it gets specifically requested, so I don’t have a chance to try anything else! With only 4 ingredients (3 of which you probably already have), it’s ridiculously easy and always a hit. The only labor intensive aspect is grating 2 cups of cheese, but if you have a Vitamix or other high-powered blender, it can do the work for you. A word of caution - people will ask you what’s in it, and you will have to confess that it’s almost entirely cheese and mayonnaise… not exactly healthy eating, but IMHO, totally worth it. I like this with stoned wheat crackers, but anything crunchy works!
