Hello and happy MDW from Chicago! I'm spending the weekend with two of my very best friends from college, one of whom is moving to Melbourne, Australia next week! I am extremely cranky about this fact and booked this trip a few weeks ago as part of Brooke's #byeamericatour. I think she's supposed to be the one touring, but whatever. Here I am! These ham, cheese, and spinach puffs. These remind me of the ham and cheese croissants at Pret, i.e. my guilty pleasure breakfast. Plus, spinach makes it healthy, right?
